We find it convenient to initially make a 100 µM freezer stock, which should be thawed relatively infrequently to make more dilute aliquots for short term use. The oligo can be dissolved in TE buffer (10 mM Tris pH 8.0, 0.1 mM EDTA) or molecular biology grade water.
